The Munch Museum moved into its state-of-the-art new building late 2021. With 700000 visitors passing through the gates in 2022 the need for effective online ticket purchasing was pressing. The new web ticket flow aims to cut the queues in the museum by increasing both pre-sale and self-service purchases on-site.
